In my role as the company's first designer, I was tasked with defining the first version of the Nobly POS app. We successfully launched a final product. I returned four years later to manage the Product Team and help them pivot to a new market and a new audience. Two years later, Nobly got acquired by the team of Revolut UK.

Working at the Post-Booking Department, my team and I were close to the Customer Service Department. With the support of my manager and fellow designers, I developed a process for integrating data analytics with qualitative research extracted from customer service agents. My team's Product Owners and I strategized our OKRs and KPIs based on this new process.
The result of this planned effort successfully reduced the inbound amount of customer service tickets for date changes (-16%), payment complaints (-9%), cancellations (-5%), and confirmations (-3%).
This process has positively impacted other teams. Currently, It is widely used throughout the company.

My team and I designed and implemented the back-office system for one of the fastest-growing fashion brands on Instagram. Our product is used by vendor managers and employees who need to process, prepare, and deliver orders while accessing clear information that is key in their decision-making process.

Looking forward to improving wellness at the workplace, Pablo Criado-Pérez and I teamed up to design and develop an IoT solution for smart furniture.
Installed in chairs and desks, the sensors gather the ambiance and furniture's usage data, providing overall ratings of the workplace’s comfort. Tracking movement to identify deep-focus or stress, the app provides actionable action points to improve user's body posture, and analyzes levels of noise, air, and light pollution.

What happens when the current architecture of a product can no longer support new features without compromising user performance?
Working with Numerex presented me with a very complex challenge: understanding the Information Architecture and how single pieces of data relate to each other in different levels.
Researching various possibilities, my team and I articulated a solution that restructured the whole app's sitemap.
