Served as the operational bridge between technical and business leadership at a top-15 DeFi protocol. Translated strategy into executable roadmaps across 7 squads, 25 people, 3 continents. Delivered a complete brand overhaul: new design system, website, and marketing strategy, all shipped in parallel.
Joined as the company's first product designer and shipped the foundational version of the Nobly POS app. Returned years later to lead the product team through a full market pivot and expansion to a new market. Two years after that, Nobly was acquired by Revolut UK.



Built a prodcut and design process integrating data analytics with qualitative insights from customer service agents. Used it to define team OKRs and KPIs with my PO. Delivered measurable results: date change tickets down 16%, payment complaints down 9%, cancellations down 5%, confirmations down 3%. The results impacted 500k daily users.
Designed and shipped the back-office platform for fastest-growing fashion brands. Built for vendor managers and operations teams, the system streamlined order processing and delivery workflows with decision-critical information surfaced at every step.
Co-designed an end-to-end IoT for smart furniture, embedding sensors in chairs and desks to capture ambient conditions and usage patterns.
Actiu Next app tracks chair movement to identify moments of stress or deep-focus. It analyzes levels of noise, air and light pollution surfacing comfort raitings, posture alerts and environment insights. Turning passive furniture data into actionable workplace wellness intelligence.
