Su wanted to change jobs and was unsure about how to prepare for her interviewing process. At the end of our mentorship, Su got hired by the company she was applying for.
What we focused on:
- We defined Su's scorecard, top skills, previous experience and value proposition.
- Challenging her with questions that would help her articulate her thinking process.
- Focus on metrics and OKRs that are essential to success at her desired role.
- Practiced mocking interviews to help her gain confidence and communication skills.
“Regina helped me to prepare and get through my job interviewing process. She asked me strategic questions to identify significant points that were relevant to succeed, she gave me support, and helped me feel confident on myself. Because of her useful tips and support, I got the job.”

Valentina contacted me to mentor her over her final Design Thesis. We worked hands on her project for two weeks. She practiced mock interviews, and finally she presented to the Jury of her career. She graduated with Honors and got a mention for her “challenging and skillful development”.
Our mentorship consisted on:
- Teaching Valentina about design good practices.
- Challenging her with questions that would help her articulate her thinking process.
- Provide emotional support, motivation and guide her during hard times.
- Practiced hard questions for her final exam.
“As an artist, I needed a clear external view of my skills, and Regina helped me to organize my ideas. Through meetings and her organized methodology, she managed to get my concepts down to earth, and thus she helped me to achieve my goals.
Regina made everything look easier, it was an enjoyable and dynamic learning process. Today I have a degree in plastic and visual arts, and my foundations were there with her. I will be always grateful of her companionship.”

from Sociology to UX Research
Katia’s bachelor is on Sociology, and she was curious to know what is it like to be a UX Researcher. We had some calls to set expectations, and then she decided to change careers. I helped her on picking a boot camp, and we continued our 1o1 mentorship and guidance thought the entire length of her course. Currently, Katia is finishing her UX Bootcamp program.
Our mentorship consisted on:
- Showing Katia what is like the daily work life in different companies according to their size and budget.
- Defining what are the responsibilities and expectations of the role.
Identifying her current skills and matching with new skills she needed to learn. - Searched for UX boot camps together.
- Practiced Mocking Interviews.
“Regina is the UX guru for me. The vast of information she handles and the way she explains things is extremely useful and valuable. She easily organizes and simplifies complicated things, which I find one of the crucial goals of the knowledge management.”
